Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we will offer a refund on online orders returned within 14 days from the arrival of your order at your address. 

Item(s) can only be returned when the item(s) have not been worn or used, all original tags are attached, and placed in their poly bag. 

House of Gravity can refund only products purchased on www.houseofgravity.com. Products purchased at retailers must be returned to them.

House of Gravity will take no responsibility for items lost in transit and for this reason using a shipping service that provides tracking information is always recommended. The value of accepted returns will be refunded to the same card initially used for the purchase within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. 

 

Return Costs
Netherlands - We charge €4.99 for returning your package. 
Belgium & Germany - We charge €7.99 for returning your package. 
Rest of Europe - We charge €9.99 for returning your package. 
Worldwide - We charge €24.99 for returning your package.

This amount will subsequently be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Why do we charge return costs?
The return rate in the fashion industry can be as high of 50% or higher. Returning packages has a major impact on the environment. At House of Gravity, we aim to minimize this impact as much as possible.
