Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we will offer a refund on online orders returned within 14 days from the arrival of your order at your address. 

Item(s) can only be returned when the item(s) have not been worn or used, all original tags are attached, and placed in their poly bag. 

House of Gravity can refund only products purchased on www.houseofgravity.com. Products purchased at retailers must be returned to them.

House of Gravity will take no responsibility for items lost in transit and for this reason using a shipping service that provides tracking information is always recommended. The value of accepted returns will be refunded to the same card initially used for the purchase within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. 

 

Return Costs:

National returns
We charge €4.99 for returning your package. This amount will subsequently be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

International returns

Belgium & Germany

We charge €7.99 for returning your package. This amount will subsequently be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Rest of EU countries 

We charge €14,99 for returning your package. This amount will subsequently be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

 Rest of the world & NON-EU countries | We do not refund return cost on international NON-EU orders

Please return your package using a local carrier. We do not refund return costs on international NON-EU orders. We highly advise to ship the package with a tracking number, that way you can always follow your parcel. 

Customers for international orders are responsible for the returned item(s). After shipping your return, you should receive a receipt with a tracking code in order to track the shipment. Please hold onto this receipt as it is your proof of shipment. House of Gravity will not take responsibility for your items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and has passed the inspection, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at the latest within 7 days.

 Why do we charge return costs?

The return rate in the fashion industry can be as high of 50% or higher. Returning packages has a major impact on the environment. At House of Gravity, we aim to minimize this impact as much as possible.

In the event of exchanges, the customer will have to place a new order on the website.
